A relay shows offline
Open Relays, pick the relay and choose Refresh agent. Run the command it shows on that VM within 30 minutes. Pairing is kept.

Before you write
A system shows at risk and you disagree
Open the system and read “Why it is at risk”: it names the measurement and the line it crossed. Edit the line under Alerting; the badge follows the same line.
Alerts stopped arriving
Check the destination under Settings, then the person’s notification preferences. The Alerts page shows every delivery attempt and its outcome.
